Fantastic Rugby TC Results

We have had an amazing Month in September for the Club. Whilst not as big as other Trampolining Clubs in the West Midlands we do produce some of the top performers !

Inter Regional Finals - Utilita Arena Birmingham City Centre

We had 3 gymnasts that were selected to attend these national finals. Finley / Leah & Emily, only Finley had been invited previously at this level so it was quite a nervous weekend for those involved. Both Annette and Russell was in attendance to help with both nerves and also make sure that they could do their best on the day.

Leah had a great start to the competition with some really solid routines in practice and her first routine was solid on the competitive floor, however when performing her voluntary routine she ended up a little too close to the end deck and had to stop her routine early. This placed her in 26th however this is in the whole country and Ireland too so we are super Proud of her achievements.

Emily was rather calm and collected for her first big competition and it really showed! she completed her first routine which not only placed her in 3rd place but she also achieved a solid 10 for Horizontal Displacement. Her second routine was also solid which out of 26 competing she managed to hold on to that 3rd placing so she is ranked 3rd in the country!! Well Done!!

Finley competed his first routine which was only altered one week prior to competing due to certain elements that were required but omitted from this routine. He completed his second routine which was very strong, however his strong routines placed him into 10th place which we are all very proud about.

All of us are very proud of the achievements for these gymnasts and also thankful to both Annette and Russell for taking there time out to be there voluntarily.

Out of the 24 Gymnasts that competed on the day we came away with a flurry of medals.

8 - GOLD MEDALS

6 - SILVER MEDALS

6 - BRONZE MEDALS

3 - 4th Places

1 - 5th Place

this was an outstanding achievement for everyone and all coaches are really pleased with everyone's progress and placements.
